A company away day or group celebration where everyone makes something real. Hammer hot steel together, swap tips and take home a piece you forged yourself.

Blacksmithing gets people away from screens and working on something with their hands. Everyone starts from the same place and everyone leaves with something they made, which tends to make for better conversation than another meeting room.
Group bookings are taught as a group. Tell me how many of you there are, your preferred dates and what you want from the day, and I will put a custom package together.
My experiences suit ages 11 and over and all abilities, from couples and families to business teams. All tools, protective equipment and instruction are provided, with tea and coffee always available.
Parking is just over the road at Bridge End Works in Elland, and I am fully covered by public liability insurance. My experiences start at £90 per person, and smaller groups of 2 to 4 booking together save 10% to 30%.

Forge your own art. Turn raw metal into something special, either a few small pieces or a medium-sized standout piece.
Larger groups and custom days are priced on request. Get in touch and I will quote.
Before blacksmithing I spent ten years in care work, including a great deal of work with people with neurodivergence through Mencap. It taught me to adapt an activity so that every member of a group can take part at their own pace, whatever their ability. I run team days in that spirit, and I will gladly talk through your group, your aims and your dates before you commit.
“Every ability level is welcome, and people have a whale of a time.”
